    How to Find Your FPL Team ID

    Every FPL tracking tool — including LiveFPL — needs your Team ID to look up your squad. It's a unique number assigned to your Fantasy Premier League account, and it takes about 10 seconds to find.

    Find Your FPL Team ID (3 Steps)

    1. Log in to the FPL website at fantasy.premierleague.com
    2. Click "Points" in the top menu (or tap "View Gameweek History" on your team page)
    3. Look at your browser's address bar. The number after /entry/ is your Team ID.

    Example URL

    Your URL will look something like this:

    fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/123456/event/1

    In this example, the Team ID is 123456.

    Finding Your Team ID on Mobile

    The FPL mobile app doesn't show your Team ID directly, but you can still find it:

    Option 1: Use the FPL Website in a Browser

    1. Open fantasy.premierleague.com in Safari or Chrome on your phone
    2. Log in and navigate to the Points page
    3. Tap the address bar to see the full URL — your Team ID is after /entry/

    Option 2: Share Your Team Link

    1. In the FPL app, go to your team page
    2. Look for a "Share" or "Copy Link" option
    3. Paste the link anywhere (Notes, Messages) — your Team ID is the number in the URL

    Finding Someone Else's Team ID

    Want to look up a friend's team or a rival in your mini-league?

    1. Go to your mini-league standings on the FPL website
    2. Click on the manager's team name
    3. Their Team ID will appear in the URL: /entry/789012/event/...

    This works for any manager in any league you're a member of.

    Common Questions

    Can I search by team name instead?

    No. The FPL API only supports lookups by numeric Team ID, not by team name or manager name. This is a limitation of the official FPL system, not specific to LiveFPL. All FPL tracking tools require the numeric ID.

    Does my Team ID change between seasons?

    No. Your Team ID is permanent. It stays the same across all seasons as long as you use the same FPL account. Bookmark it or save it somewhere — you'll need it every time you use a tracking tool.

    Is my Team ID the same as my league code?

    No. Your Team ID identifies your individual team. A league code is used to join or share a mini-league. They are different numbers.
